Shop By Age
The correct pacifier size is important because newborns and infants have different oral needs than older babies.
Replace Your Pacifier Regularly
For both safety and hygienic reasons we recommend you replace your pacifiers after 4-8 weeks of use, and in some extreme cases after less than 4 weeks. Keep an eye out for any changes in the surface, size and shape, or if the pacifier is becoming porous.
Taking Care of Your Pacifier
Anything that spends as much time as a pacifier in a baby’s mouth should be pretty clean since their immune systems is still developing. Some experts recommend sterilizing pacifiers for under-6-month-olds before each use, and cleaning with hot, soapy water before each use for babies older than 6 months. Other experts feel less strongly about sterilizing pacifiers, but still recommend cleaning with hot, soapy water before each use.

Orthodontic Pacifiers
While maintaining the reassuring appearance of a traditional pacifier, orthodontic pacifiers has both a preventive and corrective function. They have been designed to help alleviate misaligned teeth and orthodontic issues as baby teeth come in.
Its ergonomics have been thought to favor the good oral development of the child and avoid the deformation of the teeth. In other words, allowing the child’s teeth to grow properly.
When the baby sucks, the orthodontic pacifier mimics the shape of a mother’s nipple, reducing pressure on gums and developing teeth and promoting a natural sucking motion. They conform to babies’ natural tongue movements.
Pacifier Safety Tips
- Check the pacifier every time for weak spots, cracks or bite marks before giving it to your baby.
- Replace pacifiers often.
- Keep it clean.
- Use the appropriate size for your baby’s age. The guard or shield should be large enough to prevent your baby from putting the entire pacifier into his/her mouth.
- Never tie a pacifier to a baby’s crib or around a baby’s neck or hand.

Our little wouldn’t take any other binky besides these an dr browns ! Great quality and easy to clean
Love that these fit my babies face perfectly and these is room to put a paci clip on them. I just hate that they attract lint.
We’ve had 4 children, and NUK’s are awesome. The NUK brand is the cutest in my opinion (I love seeing the kids with them in their mouth). For our kids, it made the babies sleep longer, helped the baby fall asleep, and gave mom and dad extra rest.
Not much to say-my daughter loves them! Easy to wash and super cute.
He has a pacifier that he’s obsessed with but I don’t want him to have paci teeth so I switched to this. So far he’s not liking the feel of it but I’m going to keep trying because it seems like a greatly madd pacifier.
